JINGCHENG Heated hoses for Co-Extrusion in the plastic industry are manufactured with T3 PTFE which leads a great resistance to high temperature and high pressures. The flexible construction of the heated hoses simplifies mold changing and maintenance. Generally these type of heated hoses are used between a co-extruder and mold.
All hot melt systems must transfer hot glue (EVA, PSA, PUR, Polyefin etc.) after melting it in a tank or barrel.Sometimes you can use the melted glue with an automatic gun or you can coat the surface with a slot head.In hot melt applications, heated hoses perform this transfer process.
Co-Extrusion hoses comes with 50x50x15 cm cartoon package. Temperature sensors can be variable as Fe-CuNi (J) , PT100 , N,Vr-Ni (K).
