What is an electric heating hose?
The electric heating hose is a flexible pipe made of electricity as a heating condition and equipped with a temperature control sensor. It is made by mechanical winding on a high temperature and high pressure resistant pipeline and is used for high temperature and high pressure transmission of hot fluids.
Where are the electric heating hoses used?
At present, it is widely used in the insulation and transportation of raw materials that need to be heated, such as asphalt, paraffin, sulfur, hot melt adhesive, polyurethane raw materials, high temperature gas, hollow glass glue, automotive sealant glue, petroleum and lubricants, plastics, paraffin, high temperature oil, chocolate candy transportation, nitrogen, etc.
Application conditions
Antifreeze, heat preservation and warming, applied to different gases, particles, liquids, temperature control range from -190 ℃ to +260 ℃
Hose properties
Properties: anti-static, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance, waterproof, wear resistance, environmental protection, small turning radius, wide voltage range, etc. Suitable for various fluid transportation that requires heating and heat preservation.
Pressure resistance: The vacuum pressure of the hose can reach 475bar, and an integrated temperature controller and safety temperature limiter can be selected, and steel/stainless steel/brass connectors can be used. Temperature range: PA hose (type I) can reach a temperature of +80 ℃; PTFE hose, pressure-enhanced type, can reach a temperature of +220 ℃. The metal hose temperature can reach +300 ℃.
