JINCHEN/JINGHCENG Heated hoses are constructed from a PTFE or stainless steel smooth flexible hose onto which a heating element is wound. Cotton insulation with a polyamide or stainless steel outer sheath provides insulation and protection of the flexible hose.
We design a vast range of heated hoses that are suitable for maintaining a temperature during transport of adhesives, oils, chocolate, gas, emulsions and alimentary, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Heated hose electrical characteristics will match any requirement of voltage, phase and power needed. A variety of wiring options, temperature sensors, temperature controllers, and temperature control methods are available to match most requirements.
Our manufacturing process stands out for being meticulous and precise, ensuring that our hoses are extremely flexible and robust. All our hoses are subjected to individual and automatic tests in order to ensure that they work correctly.

Available lengths: 0.18 - 30 m (depending on the diameter)
